Email-ready files
When a partner still works from inboxes, export a clean file they can use without rebuilding columns or fixing addresses first.
Omnifill replaces manual order data cleanup, emailing warehouses, fixing shipping addresses by hand, and clients asking for order status updates.
Built by a Kickstarter creator who lived this.
Sofia placed an Etsy order from Madrid. Omnifill caught a duplicate webhook and corrected her postal code. Iberian Fulfillment in Barcelona had it on a van by morning.
Omnifill collects orders from your stores and files, cleans them, applies your routing rules, then gives each warehouse the order data it can actually use.

Omnifill replaces the recurring handoff work between paid orders, warehouse files, and client status requests.
Bring in orders from your stores and payment links, normalize them into one clean table, and route to your fulfillment partners using the handoff they already accept.
Orders, routing status, and exports stay visible beside your live order feed.

Glare Studios, LLC
I'm Jakov, founder of Glare Studios, the company behind Omnifill. I built Omnifill after running my own Countryball Cards Kickstarter and dealing with the practical mess of turning hundreds of board game orders across different webstores into clean fulfillment records. The product is for that exact gap: paid orders on one side, warehouses on the other, and no one wanting to spend nights fixing CSVs by hand.
Omnifill is in early access with a small group of brands and warehouses. We work directly with each new customer to make sure it fits before talking pricing. No credit card, no commitment.
Want to reach out, see Omnifill, or talk through whether it fits your fulfillment workflow? Send a short message and we will reply by email.
